Periodically we send out prayer instructions to the Elite 318 Prayer Army. Please study the prayer instructions and any Scriptures that may be included in the instructions.
Where the Spirit is Lord, there is a liberty, freedom and unity. We have the power of God to defeat the enemy and his schemes. We are more than conquerors through our Lord Jesus Christ.
The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but they are mighty tearing down of strong holds. In Ephesians 6:12 it is revealed that to us that we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Please understand that the Lord Jesus defeated the enemy on the cross and in his burial and resurrection. The enemy is defeated. Jesus triumphed over him.
We are to enforce that victory. Father God has entrusted us with his authority to enforce Jesus victory over the enemy and his world system in the earth. We have authority to tread on serpents and scorpions and by no means shall the enemy hurt us. Satan cannot prevail against the His church.
Therefore let us join together as the elite 318 prayer Army and see Jesus victory enforced in our sphere of influence that has been assigned to us by the Lord. II Corinthians 10:13, 14.
Our sphere of influence is mainly in the Northeast United States. Please be in prayer in order that you might know your specific areas of influence. Once you know the measure of the rule which God has distributed to you, you have the gift of faith by the Holy Spirit for the sphere of influence that God has given you.
I believe that the Lord is calling for a fast each Tuesday. All Tuesday or some portion of Tuesday for a specific purpose.
Tuesday’s prayer and fasting is to confirm and establish the Lordship of Jesus over the sphere of influence that God has assigned. In addition, over our ministries, families and ourselves. Also all local churches and pastors that name the name of Jesus. Please declare that the Lord Jesus is the alpha and the omega. That he has the first word and the last word concerning every situation affecting your area of influence. Please pray the Lord of the harvest to raise and send out laborers for the harvest. We, the body of Christ, have a need for laborers.
The harvest is great and ready right now. Also pray and believe that the yoke of oppression is broken over every laborer. Into the sphere of influence, they are released for the harvest. Please pray that their faith stay strong and not fail. Please pray that as a good soldier they do not go to war at their own expense and that all their needs are met to according to God’s riches in glory.

God informed us during morning prayer that we need to become specific in our prayers. Noah Webster defines specific as that which is distinguished from all others. It is the precisely correct answer for that particular request. Each situation we pray for is different and requires a special answer designed just to meet its needs. Blanket prayers that lack the substance of specific detail lack the clarity to enjoin agreement. They do not receive specific answers.
As prayer warriors, we need to learn to develop hearing ears that can perceive the voice of the Spirit in precise detail. God knows exactly what is required to invoke His will in every situation. By going to the Lord in prayer and seeking the specific details of the prayer request, we will come into agreement with Him in every detail. This allows the mightiest release of God’s power into the situation, and brings the fastest answer in prayer.
Steps to Specific Prayer
- Continue the prayer through manifestation. Thanking God for the answer and watching for Him to work will allow you to see the details of the answer more clearly and allow you to come into closer agreement with God.
- Be importunistic. Unless you have a burning desire to see the will of God done in a situation, it will never come to pass. God meets us at the point of our desire, not our need (Ps. 37:3-6; 145:17-19)
- In corporate prayer, the gifts and workings of God in a variety of His children will allow the situation to be seen from many different perspectives. This will result in the detail of God’s will being more clearly seen and a greater focus of the faith of more people.
